Based on our years of customer service experience and reference standards IEST-RP-CC004.3 "Evaluating Wiping Materials Used in Cleanrooms and Other Controlled Environments" and FZ/T 64056-2015 "Clean Room Wipes", the cleanliness level of dust-free cloth is specified as follows:

(1) Grade <> dust-free cloth

LPC≤1200个/CM² ;

NVR(IPA extract）≤0.5mg/g。

(2) <>-grade dust-free cloth

1200＜LPC≤3000个/CM² ;
